We are pleased to announce that our parent company, U-NEXT HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Mr. Yasuhide Uno; hereinafter “U-NEXT HOLDINGS”), has entered into a strategic capital and business alliance agreement with XYREON HOLDINGS SDN. BHD., a leading kiosk vendor based in Malaysia (Headquarters: Penang, Malaysia; CEO: Mr. Raymond Chew; hereinafter “XYREON HOLDINGS”), effective January 30, 2026.
Pursuant to this alliance, XYREON HOLDINGS will acquire 100% of the shares of ALMEX SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY ASIA SDN. BHD. (hereinafter “ASTA”) through a series of periodic capital increases and share transfers over the next three years, making our company a wholly owned subsidiary of XYREON HOLDINGS. In addition, XYREON HOLDINGS plans to change its corporate name to “XYREON U-NEXT HOLDINGS SDN. BHD.” in March 2026.

Since its establishment, our company has been actively developing DX solutions—such as automated payment kiosks and self-check-in systems—primarily for the hospitality sector, including hotels and hospitals, across the rapidly growing Southeast Asian market. And since 2020, XYREON HOLDINGS has served as our principal kiosk manufacturing partner and has been our most important and closely aligned business partner.

Through this strategic alliance, XYREON HOLDINGS’ proprietary manufacturing capabilities—ranging from single-unit minimum order quantities (MOQ) to full customization—as well as its robust maintenance and support infrastructure across Malaysia, will further strengthen our DX solutions business. As a result, we will enhance the value delivered to our customers and reinforce our ability to support Japanese companies expanding into Southeast Asia, enabling us to provide higher-quality and more diverse products and services.

As a member of the XYREON GROUP, ASTA will continue to accelerate the deployment of kiosks and automation-related systems that contribute to improved convenience and productivity for our customers.
