X Park Iskandar Puteri has officially gone live with self-service kiosks in July 2025, delivering an effective and interactive ticketing experience for all visitors. The kiosks are fully operational to handle different types of ticket purchases for both X Park's adrenaline-filled activities and the Golf Park’s package selections.
Designed with adventurers in mind, the kiosks feature a modern exterior and colour branding that reflects the dynamic spirit of X Park. Each unit is equipped with a touch screen interface, a barcode scanner for QR and barcode scanning, a thermal printer for instant receipts, and a secure payment terminal for cashless (cards & e-wallets) transactions.
