Sunway Hotel Georgetown automatize and speed-up reception operations with ASTA's Self-Check-In Kiosk

ASTA installed our "Hotel Self Check In Kiosk" in Sunway Hotels & Resorts on July 2021, which is one of Asia's leading international hotel groups and developers of premium hotels, owned by the Malaysian conglomerate Sunway Group.

Hotel Self Check In Kiosk has successfully interfaced with the hotel's existing Property Management System and Key Card system, allowing Check-In and Check-Out operations to be completed efficiently.
The kiosk supports e-Wallet payment, enabling hotel guests to make payment not only with credit cards, but with various e-Wallets too.
Furthermore, the Facial Recognition feature of the self-check-in kiosk helps to verify guest’s identity by reading a passport or MyKad, which was performed manually by the front desk personnel previously.

Sunway Hotel Georgetown expect to enhance the guest experience by reducing queuing time during peak hours with the assistance of the self-check-in kiosk, offering a safer and more hygienic environment.
